When we finally got access, there were no keys available, and a staff member had to let us in. Both rooms weren't well-equipped. One lacked a phone, and the other’s TV didn’t change channels. The restroom amenities were lacking. no towels were in one room, and one toilet was incredibly slow to flush. The overall cleanliness wasn't great. stained sheets and dirty floors made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk situation was bizarre, requiring check-in at a gas station next door. It's frustrating that the hotel could take reservations but wasn’t prepared to honor them effectively. Would only recommend this place if you have no other options. Knowing what we experienced, please plan accordingly and have a backup plan if necessary.
